The Garmenting Division is well equipped with all the latest machinery to make contemporary style and ensure perfect finish of garments which is the out come of planed workflow and quality control systems.To ensure precision in the process of manufacturing, we use some of the most sophisticated machinery, handled by our experienced and professionally trained team.We also have a needle detection facility to make sure that the products are metal-free.
Our Cutting & sewing section, which is spread over two units with total of 300 machines capable of producing over 3 Million retail sales units per Annum. Each of the production floors which meet all ethical / technical compliance requirements, self-contained with cut to finish facilities.
Our sewing units is about 25,000 Sq.ft. of floor area with 150 Latest garment sewing machine, needle detectors and other sewing related machines which has been imported from major companies such Juki, Pegasus, Siruba, Brother, Etc.

Packing done in good export worthy carton packs to ensure clean and healthy reach till its destination packing, randomly Barcode, Tag, Label will be checked for buyers specification and moved for Carton box Packing. After folding, garments are packing the size of polythene packet is permanent. Specially, it is needed to ensure the placement of sticker in proper place.
Proper store room management in Our industry can reduce wastage of materials and lead time. The main responsibility of this to store all the raw material necessary to produce garments. This department is sub divided into three sections. Store keeper follows a strong and appropriate working procedure.
